I am a cult survivor who writes about the human experience.

My formative years in the Jehovah’s Witness cult were marked by abuse and control, followed by a lifetime of shame and secrecy. I write about my singular experience in the organization, the ways in which it still affects my life today, and the pivotal life circumstances that set me on a path to healing.
